Description:

Teikametrics is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain integration services for e-commerce platforms, processing and analyzing seller data at scale.
The role requires expertise in API integration and data processing, with a tech stack that includes Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS services.
This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a cloud-based environment, driving actionable insights for e-commerce business optimization.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable data processing services using Java/Spring Boot, integrating with external e-commerce platforms' APIs, and designing and implementing data models and database schemas.
The engineer will work with message queues and event-driven architectures using Kafka, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and monitor and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
Experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot is required.
Candidates must have experience with external API integration and data processing.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases is necessary.
Familiarity with message brokers, particularly Kafka, is a plus.
AWS experience is also a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Good communication and collaboration skills are required.
