Great Question is a well-funded startup hiring Engineers with experience in Ruby on Rails to join their fully remote team.
The mission is to democratize user research, helping companies engage with their customers to build software that meets their needs.
The team consists of about 30 employees, and the company tripled its revenue in 2024, aiming for similar growth in 2025.
This role offers the opportunity to work on interesting problems, have a significant impact on technology and culture, and shape the future of software development through research.
The position is fully remote, open to candidates living in Denver, CO or Boulder, CO.
Responsibilities include building and improving internal and public APIs, owning large third-party integrations, developing custom data integration solutions, monitoring performance and infrastructure, and shaping the engineering team's culture and processes.
