Remote Software Engineer, Core Platform

Description:

• Vanta is on a mission to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security.
• The Software Engineer will help scale the product and infrastructure to support the company's growth and work on complex projects across the technical stack.
• Responsibilities include designing and building CI and build systems, modernizing testing tooling, and addressing scalability problems.
• The role involves collaborating with a talented team to make a significant impact on customer security.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required.
• Experience with infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, and performance is necessary.
• Previous startup experience or working in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action is preferred.
• Prior experience working on greenfield projects is essential.
• An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space is a plus.
