Description:

  • StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads.

  • The Creatives Library Team is building a library of dynamic creative assets and resources for clients to store, host, and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns.
  • The library will include creative templates for clients to quickly build off-the-shelf display ad creatives, reducing reliance on expensive third-party providers.
  • Responsibilities include designing, improving, and debugging complex, scalable distributed systems, taking ownership of projects, mentoring interns and junior engineers, and keeping the tech stack updated.
  • The role involves writing extensible, scalable, and test-driven code, participating in technical planning, collaborating on web architecture, and contributing to code and technical spec reviews.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 1+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications.
  • Knowledge of full-stack technologies such as React, Typescript, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a technical project from design to delivery is required.
  • A strong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs and backend processing systems is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to implement high-impact product experiences.
  • Experience working with relational databases and key-value stores is essential.
  • Experience on large-scale Ruby on Rails or Go projects is required.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS or other equivalent cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.) is necessary.
  • Experience analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application page load performance is required.
  • Experience with creatives, AgTag, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
