Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• The Software Developer (RoR + React) position involves developing and maintaining web and mobile applications using Ruby on Rails, React Native, Javascript, React, and Node.
• Responsibilities include taking ownership of features from idea conception to deployment, maintaining and extending all parts of the stack, proactively addressing issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and writing clean, scalable code.
• The role requires working in a fast-paced startup environment, staying updated with the latest technologies, and adhering to best practices in web and mobile development.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years working with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Ruby and Rails, experience with React Native, strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, database design, data modeling, SQL databases, design patterns, and architectural styles is necessary.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, solve problems, and adapt to new technologies is essential.
