As a Software Engineer at Cherre, you will develop innovative real estate analytics and investment tools.
Your focus will be on creating extensive geospatial and interactive data visualizations, along with the robust server-side infrastructure that supports them.
You should be adept at building Single Page Applications (SPAs) and be passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the platform.
Technologies used include GraphQL, Python, Kubernetes, and advanced geospatial technologies, with a commitment to continuous integration and deployment practices.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications, automating and scaling data-centric operations, designing and developing REST APIs, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of Software Engineering experience with a proven track record in designing and building large-scale applications.
You should be highly proficient in Python and REST API, with expertise in building dynamic, responsive applications.
Experience in Kubernetes custom resource definitions and highly extensible systems is required.
You must have experience building declarative systems and demonstrated experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SQL and Postgres is necessary.
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and management is required.
Nice to have skills include experience with GraphQL and Relay, and familiarity with the dynamics of early-stage startups.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000, depending on geographic location and skillset.
