Requirements:

• Expertise with the Ruby programming language and Ruby on Rails web framework.

• Understanding of the Hotwire technology stack and its integration with Ruby on Rails 7+.
• Experience in all aspects of building web-based products, from development environments to backend infrastructure.
• Optimistic disposition, ability to overcome technical challenges, and deliver production-ready systems independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a remote software development position.
