The Data Team is responsible for developing and maintaining robust data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and availability across the organization.
The team collaborates with other departments to provide insights and analytics that drive business strategies and optimize performance.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable data processing solutions, collaborating with data scientists and product managers, participating in code reviews, staying informed about data technologies, developing technical documentation, and troubleshooting data-related software issues.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on backend data systems.
Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for data processing and streaming applications, such as Python or Rust, is required.
Experience with data ingestion and processing frameworks, such as Kafka, is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, with a focus on building scalable and efficient data systems.
Bonus points for a strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols, experience in building real-time applications, and knowledge of Rust.
