Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of software development experience, with a strong background in Python, SQL, and data pipelines.
  • Experience in building and automating ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow or similar DAG-based orchestration software.
  • Proficiency in Python, back-end development, API development, and software architecture.
  • Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and BigQuery, including query optimization.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Looker.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and Terraform for managing infrastructure.
  • Understanding of advanced data formats and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD tools.
