Attentive is seeking a self-driven Software Engineer II to join the Business Intelligence Engineering team.
The role involves building and shaping the backbone for analytics needs across the organization.
You will collaborate with Analysts, Data & ML Engineers, and other internal teams to define and shape self-service analytics and promote a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities include defining BI and analytics requirements, developing data models for dashboards, and building scalable data pipelines for BI.
The position requires a self-starter who is eager to learn and make an impact.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of data/software engineering experience is required.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is necessary.
Experience with ETL/ELT development is essential.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required to work effectively in a team.
Familiarity or experience with Airflow, AWS, DBT, and Snowflake is preferred.
Experience with a BI visualization tool like Looker or Tableau is also desired.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $185,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
