Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on data infrastructure, data pipelines, or ML/AI-ops.
A B.S. in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with popular streaming or batch data technologies such as Airflow, Kafka, or Spark is necessary.
Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript or Python, or a similar programming language with a willingness to learn the company's tech stack is essential.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn and grow is important.
Experience in building a collaborative and inclusive team environment, particularly in fully remote teams, is required.

The position offers an annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 for mid-career candidates and $160,000 to $200,000 for senior candidates.
Employees are eligible for a company-wide bonus tied to revenue goals.
Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package.
