Description:

You will conceptualize, design, build, and maintain complex services, platforms, and features while developing ownership over large portions of our product and infrastructure.
You will interact closely with our current and prospective customers, developing an understanding of their biggest pain points and thinking of creative ways to address them.
You will play a critical role in shaping our engineering and broader company culture, helping to make this the best place we’ve ever worked.

Requirements:

You must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or a similar degree.
You should have 5 or more years of experience in a Software Engineering position.
Experience with the technologies we currently use, such as Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Typescript, Google Cloud Platform, Auth0, and Terraform, is a plus but not required.
You should enjoy building high-quality software while focusing on outcomes and have good intuition about which corners are worth cutting and which aren’t.
You must enjoy owning features end-to-end and be comfortable learning new tools or moving across the stack to do so.
You should have a customer-first and learner’s mindset, valuing the opportunity to teach others.
You must be a clear and concise communicator, enjoying the challenge of explaining complicated ideas in simple terms, both in-person and in writing.

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000 USD, with the actual base salary potentially modified based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market data.
Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.
