Description:
One is seeking a Software Engineer for their Debit Card team to help customers achieve financial progress by providing simple solutions for saving, spending, borrowing, and growing money.
The role involves building and maintaining features related to spending with the One Debit Card, including transaction enrichment, card management, cashback, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and implementing software applications for banking products with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-scale banking or fintech organizations, building and growing customer-facing products, knowledge of banking protocols, APIs, and security standards, and a deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
They should also possess a solid understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and payment processing, as well as experience in leading, mentoring, and demonstrating excellence in execution.
Other requirements include a passion for the craft, a desire to keep growing skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
