Description:

• One is seeking a Software Engineer for their Debit Card team to help customers achieve financial progress by providing simple solutions for saving, spending, borrowing, and growing money.
• The role involves building and maintaining features related to spending with the One Debit Card, including transaction enrichment, card management, cashback, and third-party integrations.
• Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and implementing software applications for banking products with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in high-scale banking or fintech organizations, building and growing customer-facing products, knowledge of banking protocols, APIs, and security standards, and a deep understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• They should also possess a solid understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and payment processing, as well as experience in leading, mentoring, and demonstrating excellence in execution.
