The company is re-architecting the financial data layer of independent businesses, replacing outdated tools with an affordable accounting, banking, and payments platform.
As a Software Engineer (Early Career), you will help drive technical decisions and influence product direction to make agriculture more sustainable and profitable.
You will own the delivery of elegant, performant product experiences and infrastructure, while learning about agrifinance and climate tech.
Your role will involve improving existing full-stack architecture, API, engineering tooling, and development velocity.
Within the first month, you will learn to use Ambrook’s tech stack, analyze best practices, familiarize yourself with the product, and contribute to team meetings.
Within three months, you will collaborate with the Product team, own a large full-stack feature, plan infrastructure improvements, and champion user data hygiene.

Requirements:

You should have 1-2 years of experience shipping web applications.
You must be excited to build software that enhances sustainability and profitability in industries like agriculture.
You should be comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and creating elegant technical solutions.
Bonus points for experience in agriculture, building financial products, and familiarity with Typescript, React, React Native, and/or Next.js.
