Description:

The Software Engineer will forecast and optimize advertising campaign delivery to supply inventory for TV and Digital.
The role involves enhancing existing optimization infrastructure to increase system flexibility and improve forecasting and planning capabilities.
Responsibilities include implementing features across micro-services written in Java and Python.
The engineer will design and implement back-end services and APIs to drive planning and optimization systems.
Testing and improving the performance and scalability of applications is a key duty.
The position requires prototyping the usage of new technologies and services to inform design decisions.
Collaboration with Data Scientists to support the development and enhancement of new or existing models is expected.
Participation in code reviews, design sessions, and backlog grooming meetings is part of the job.
This is a remote role.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
The candidate must have two years of experience in software application development.
Experience must include two years each in the design and unit testing of software applications.
The candidate should have two years of experience improving application user interfaces for cross-browser compatibility.
Two years of experience in improving application response time and scalability is necessary.
The candidate must have two years of experience developing and updating reports in applications.
Proficiency in the following software tools and technologies is required: Spring, Java, MySQL, REST, GIT, and Hibernate, with two years of experience in each.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

The position offers a competitive salary of $130,500 per year.
The role is fully remote, providing flexibility in work location.
