Description:
Warner Music Group is seeking a Software Engineer, Engineering Productivity to enhance engineering productivity.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tools, systems, and processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation tools, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS, optimizing build systems, ensuring code quality and testing, performance tuning, and creating documentation for tools and processes.
The position requires close collaboration with key music industry stakeholders and colleagues across the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Software Engineer is necessary.
Proficiency in Python or Java is required.
Experience with test automation framework development is essential, with a preference for Playwright and Selenium.
Familiarity with unit, integration, and performance testing tools is required.
Experience with Bazel or other build tools and deploying in AWS is necessary.
The candidate should thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is expected.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
A passion for the music business and helping artists and songwriters grow is important.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $159,000 per year, depending on work experience and business needs.
