The role is for a mobile software engineer interested in research and development (R&D) and working on early-stage prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.
The position is within the Signal Collection team in the Advice & Intelligence POD, focusing on creativity, experimentation, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities include developing mobile prototypes and POCs, collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams, researching emerging technologies, contributing to backend development, participating in architectural discussions, and iterating on solutions based on feedback.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in mobile development with proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.
Full-stack development experience is required, including knowledge of TypeScript (Node.js) back-end systems and web technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.
Experience in building POCs and prototypes in a fast-paced R&D environment is essential.
A strong understanding of mobile development frameworks for both iOS and Android is necessary.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns, SOLID principles, and software design fundamentals.
Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices and secure coding techniques is important.
Experience with RESTful API design and integration is required.
Familiarity with hybrid mobile development frameworks (e.g., Cordova, Ionic) is a plus.
Knowledge of mobile SDK API design and development is beneficial.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization within a mobile environment is advantageous.
Understanding of cryptography and public key infrastructure (PKI) is a plus.
