• Healthatom is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Development team.
• The team works with agile methodologies to create new features, integrations, and improvements for their technological products.
• Responsibilities include developing and refining innovative features to keep solutions aligned with market demands and technological advancements.
• The role involves ensuring the quality of solutions through practices that minimize production errors, such as code reviews, rigorous testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• The Software Engineer will analyze requirements and define development planning with all specifications.
• Collaboration with various areas of the company, such as Product, Support, and QA, is essential to propose solutions and meet their requirements.
• The position requires coding and testing functionalities of processes and software.
• The engineer must create, review, and approve pull requests with the development team.
• Implementing robust database changes for quick data access is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is necessary.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or functions is expected.
• Experience in developing REST APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of interface design concepts and user experience (UX) is desirable, with a preference for CSS styling skills.
• Experience working in both front-end and back-end development is advantageous.
