As a Software Engineer, you will help drive technical decisions and influence product direction to make agriculture more sustainable and profitable.
Responsibilities include delivering elegant product experiences, teaching best practices in engineering, learning about agrifinance, and improving existing architecture and tooling.
Within the first month, you will learn the tech stack, analyze best practices, familiarize yourself with the product, and contribute to team meetings.
By three months, you will collaborate with the Product team, own a large feature, plan infrastructure improvements, and champion data hygiene practices.
By six months, you will design improvements to the engineering stack, contribute to team growth, and document your experiences to share with the community.

Requirements:

You must have experience shipping web applications.
A passion for building software that enhances sustainability in natural resource industries, particularly agriculture, is essential.
You should be comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and creating elegant technical solutions.
Bonus qualifications include experience in agriculture, building financial products, and familiarity with Typescript, React, React Native, and/or Next.js.
