Description:

  • You will join an expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models.
  • No previous AI experience is necessary; this is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a major player in the AI/LLM space.
  • The position is for software engineers with 1-2 years of experience to train AI large language models, helping generative AI models write better code.
  • Projects involve evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, solving coding problems, writing functional and efficient code, and creating robust test cases.
  • The role includes a variety of tasks such as solving coding challenges, creating instructions, and reviewing code before it goes into the model.
  • There are currently over 200 roles open for this position.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript is required.
  • Candidates should have 1-2+ years of experience in a software engineering or software development role, or be finishing a university-level computer science degree.
  • Complete fluency in the English language is necessary.
  • The ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in writing are required.
  • A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is necessary.

Benefits:

  • Pay rates vary by location, with US rates at $50/hr, Brazil at $28.70/hr, Egypt at $22.05/hr, and other non-US countries at $35/hr.
  • There are no upper limits on hours; expectations are for 15+ hours per week, with some engineers working 20-40+ hours weekly.
  • The contract is long-term with no end date, and you can end it at any time, although a commitment of 12 months is preferred.
  • Developers can set their own hours, allowing for flexible schedules, including the option to take extended breaks.
  • Payment is based on time spent on the platform, calculated through coding exercises, and is issued weekly.
