Description:

You will join an expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models.
No previous AI experience is necessary; this position is an opportunity to enter the AI/LLM space.
The role requires software engineers with 3+ years of experience to train large AI language models, enhancing generative AI models' ability to write better code.
Responsibilities include evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, solving coding problems, writing functional and efficient code, and creating robust test cases.
Projects involve a variety of tasks, such as comparing pieces of Python code and developing full mobile applications using chatbots.
The position is fully remote, with accepted applicants from the US, Canada, and various countries in LATAM and Europe, as well as some countries in Africa and Asia.
Compensation rates vary based on location and experience, with expectations of 15+ hours per week and no upper limit on hours worked.
The contract is long-term with no end date, and you can end it at any time, although a commitment of 12 months is preferred.
Flexible schedules allow developers to set their own hours, with the possibility of working 40 hours a week or more.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering or software development role is required.
Complete fluency in the English language is essential.
Candidates must be able to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in writing are necessary.
A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is required.
Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science are preferred.
Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, SQL, Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, DART, R, Apex, and Shell, C, C# is a plus.
Recognized accomplishments or contributions to the coding community or in projects are advantageous.
Proven analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities are desired.
Strong communication skills, especially in understanding and discussing project requirements, are important.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest coding advancements and best practices is preferred.
Enthusiasm for teaching AI models and experience with technical writing are beneficial.

Compensation rates vary based on location and experience, with starting rates of $50/hr in the US and adjusted rates for other countries.
The position offers the flexibility to work as much as you want, with weekly payments based on hours worked.
There is no end date to the contract, providing job security for the next two years.
