Description:

  • No previous AI experience is necessary; this role provides an entry point into the AI/LLM space.
  • The position requires software engineers with 3+ years of experience to train large AI language models.
  • Responsibilities include evaluating the quality of AI-generated code and providing human-readable summaries of your rationale.
  • You will solve coding problems and write functional and efficient code.
  • Writing robust test cases to confirm code efficiency and effectiveness is also part of the job.
  • The role involves solving coding challenges, creating instructions, and reviewing code before it goes into the model.
  • Projects vary widely, from comparing pieces of Python code to developing full mobile applications using chatbots.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering or software development role is required.
  • Complete fluency in the English language is necessary.
  • You must be able to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in writing are essential.
  • A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is required.
  • Proficiency with Python is mandatory.
