You will join an expert annotation team to create training data for advanced AI models.
No previous AI experience is necessary; this role is an entry point into the AI/LLM space.
The position requires software engineers with 3+ years of experience to train large AI language models.
Your tasks will include evaluating the quality of AI-generated code and providing human-readable summaries of your rationale.
You will solve coding problems and write functional and efficient code.
Writing robust test cases to confirm code efficiency and effectiveness is also part of your responsibilities.
Projects will involve a variety of coding challenges, including comparing Python code and developing mobile applications using chatbots.
The position is fully remote, with accepted locations across Japan.

You must have 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or software development role.
Complete fluency in the English language is required.
You should be able to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in writing are essential.
A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is necessary.
Proficiency with Python is required.

The pay rate for this position in Japan is $24.60 per hour, with flexible working hours.
You can work 15+ hours per week, with no upper limit on hours; many engineers work between 20-40 hours or more.
The contract is long-term with no end date, and you can end it at any time.
Flexible schedules allow you to set your own hours, including taking extended breaks.
You will be paid weekly based on the hours worked on the platform.
The company expects to have work available for the next two years.
