Description:

  • You will join an expert annotation team to create training data for the world's most advanced AI models.
  • No previous AI experience is necessary; this position is an opportunity to enter the AI/LLM space.
  • The role requires software engineers with 3+ years of experience to train large AI language models, assisting generative AI models in writing better code.
  • Projects involve evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, solving coding problems, and writing robust test cases.
  • Responsibilities include creating instructions to help others, reviewing code before it goes into the model, and engaging in a variety of coding challenges.
  • The position is fully remote, and candidates must be based in accepted locations such as the USA, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or software development role.
  • Complete fluency in the English language is required.
  • The ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in writing are necessary.
  • A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is required.
  • Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
  • Nice to haves include a Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science and proficiency in additional programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, SQL, Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, DART, R, Apex, and Shell, C, C#.
