You will join an expert annotation team to create training data for advanced AI models.

The role requires software engineers with 3+ years of experience to train large AI language models.
You will evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale.
The job involves solving coding problems, writing functional and efficient code, and creating robust test cases.
Projects will vary widely, including tasks like comparing pieces of Python code and developing mobile applications using chatbots.
The position is fully remote, and candidates must be native or highly fluent Vietnamese speakers based in Vietnam.

You must have 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or software development role.
Complete fluency in the English language is required.
You should be able to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in writing are essential.
A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is necessary.
Proficiency with Python is required.

The hourly pay rate is $13.95, with expectations of 15+ hours per week and no upper limit on hours worked.
The contract is long-term with no end date, and you can end it at any time.
Flexible schedules allow developers to set their own hours, with the potential for 40 hours a week.
You will be paid weekly based on the hours worked on the platform, calculated through coding exercises.
The company encourages a commitment of 12 months but understands if it’s not a fit for you.
