Remote Software Engineer - Front-End

Description:

• The company is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to contribute to their growth by working with a team of experienced professionals.
• Responsibilities include building UI features using React, TypeScript, and CSS, writing unit tests and end-to-end tests, collaborating with the team lead, product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features, and contributing to architectural decisions in the codebase.
• The role involves working on exciting and challenging problems, resolving conflicts with other teams, and collaborating on cross-team dependencies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is required for this position.
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of professional development experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, and Jest.
• Knowledge of Jest, React testing library, Cypress, or other E2E testing frameworks is necessary.
• Experience with React hooks, general React state management, and understanding of recoil or redux style reducers are essential.
• Nice-to-have skills include the ability to understand the needs of a multi-tenanted UI, in-depth knowledge and experience with Storybook, familiarity with metrics and telemetry systems, and understanding of asynchronous state management.
