HeartFlow is seeking a Frontend Software Developer to create advanced web applications that improve healthcare.
The role involves independent ownership of the design, development, testing, and maintenance of customer-facing interactive web applications.
The developer will collaborate closely with API teams, Product, and UI/UX to ensure optimal functionality of web applications.
Responsibilities include implementing high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience, as well as ensuring compliance with FDA regulations for medical software.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as Vue.js, JavaScript, React, or Angular is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in building and deploying large-scale, customer-facing web applications is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues are essential.
Proven track record of successful collaboration with product management and design teams is needed.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools is required.
A strong understanding of web security best practices is necessary.
Experience with DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, is required.
Candidates should have experience with or a willingness to learn about FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical software.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $91,936 to $147,098 for all locations outside the San Francisco Bay Area and $103,834 to $166,566 for the San Francisco Bay Area.
The compensation package includes cash bonuses and stock options.
