Remote Software Engineer - Frontend / Canada

Description:

• Motive is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on the design and architecture of the Motive for Fleets product.
• The role involves leading medium to large complexity Frontend projects, making architectural design decisions, and planning dev milestones and sprints.
• The engineer will collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, designers, and QA to efficiently execute projects.
• Providing technical mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must have 4+ years of Frontend development experience in major frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Mid-advanced knowledge of Angular framework is preferred.
• Experience in leading medium to large complexity Frontend projects, including architecture and design decision making, dev milestones planning, and sprint planning.
• Strong software design and architecture skills are required.
• Familiarity with agile methodology and testing practices like unit, integration, and end-to-end testing is necessary.
