Remote Software Engineer: Frontend

Description:

• LogicGate is looking for a Software Engineer specializing in Frontend development to lead, architect, and develop features for their Risk Cloud platform.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, including product managers, designers, engineers, and QA professionals, to achieve business and engineering goals.
• The ideal candidate will advocate for and implement modern best practices in engineering, such as testing-first mindset, frequent releases, and iterative development with small feedback loops.
• Effective communication and clear documentation production for features and processes are essential for this position.
• Technologies used include TypeScript, Angular, Webpack, Sass for Frontend, Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, Go for Backend, and various other tools for testing, data, infrastructure, and work management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field.
• Desire to grow as a leader, architect, and coder within a fast-paced engineering atmosphere.
• Competency in one or more modern languages and understanding of best practices.
• Autonomy to do best work and willingness to learn new languages if needed.

• Anticipated base salary range of $105,000 - $120,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits.
