Remote Software Engineer, Frontend Platform

Description:

• The software engineer will join the Frontend Platform team at Vercel to enhance the codebase health, iteration velocity, and reliability of the Vercel platform.
• Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining a visual regression system, improving the integration test suite, and updating older code areas with best practices.
• The role focuses on enhancing developer experience, ensuring high-quality code, and facilitating efficient delivery of frontend features and improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with expertise in Javascript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with visual regression testing and a passion for developer experience (DX) and velocity.
• Ability to independently drive projects from conception to completion without detailed guidance.
