Description:
The Software Engineer, FrontEnd position at Valispace involves working on the Altium 365 platform to transform electronics design by enabling design engineers to communicate, collaborate, and bring their ideas to market efficiently.
As part of the team integrating Valispace into the Altium 365 platform, you will be responsible for crafting the best user experience, delivering essential features, and providing insights to drive decisions.
Valispace serves as a productivity software and a single source of truth for engineering data, helping engineers streamline efforts from concept to test and escape document chaos.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future by collaborating with the team to map out features and technical paths, as well as share knowledge and learn from teammates in a culture of continuous learning.
The primary role involves product development for complex cloud applications with the Altium 365 - Valispace R&D team, focusing on technical challenges unique to engineering software, microelectronics, and cloud services.
Responsibilities include setting the front-end engineering direction, championing simplicity, performance, and scalability, and identifying areas for improvement in existing interfaces and components.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in developing scalable web applications based on modern architectures and technologies.
Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Familiarity with Angular or similar frameworks, with the willingness to learn and improve.
Ability to present well-summarized solution options, weigh them against each other, and coordinate with team members.
Passion for delivering high-quality software and providing the best user experience.
Ability to understand the big picture and how decisions in one area may impact others.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Salary range of €56,000.00 - €57,500.00, with actual compensation based on various factors unique to each candidate and role requirements.
