Description:

Owner.com is seeking a Software Engineer, Full-Stack to join their remote team.
The company provides an all-in-one platform for restaurants to succeed online, offering tools for website building, online orders, customer relationship management, and marketing automation.
The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with optional in-person collaboration opportunities in San Francisco.
The engineer will be responsible for building new products and features from the ground up, taking ownership of projects from conception to shipping.
The position involves delivering value to end users, shaping product direction through user interaction, and collaborating with teammates in feature brainstorming and roadmap planning.
The engineer will also participate in building a great team by interviewing candidates and referring talented engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in building applications.
Proficiency in Typescript is required.
Experience with frontend technologies such as React and Next.js, and/or backend technologies including Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS is necessary.
Previous experience at a product-focused startup, scale-up, or technology company is preferred.
A high degree of cross-functional collaboration and leadership is essential, with positive feedback from product managers, designers, and business leaders in past roles.
Candidates should possess a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

The estimated starting base salary for this role ranges from $140K to $180K, depending on level, location, and experience, along with a generous pre-IPO equity package.
