The position is for a product-focused software engineer who will own the end-to-end delivery of essential core functionality for Rescale customers and rapidly iterate on new product ideas.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining high-quality automation for the customer-facing platform, developing and maintaining critical product areas such as identity management, elastic cloud workstations, and job metadata, and building a scalable frontend foundation for internal engineering teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of full-stack experience in building performant, modern UIs using React and Typescript, as well as backend web application development.
Expertise or a strong interest in web performance optimization, deploying and scaling web applications using cloud services, and application security is required.
A high enthusiasm for supporting both rapid proof-of-concept prototypes and robust, mission-critical components for internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, possess a strong user-first mindset, and have the ability to devise non-regrettable technical solutions.
Flexibility and dedication to collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship exceptional software is necessary.
A BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
