Description:

As Relyance AI’s Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the core systems that power our Relyance product.
This role requires a well-rounded engineer who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to tackle complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.
You will tackle complex challenges and implement clean, pragmatic solutions.
Your responsibilities will include building tools and automating processes to streamline operations.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and build a robust, scalable, and flexible backend system.
You will execute decisions to prioritize tasks, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals, while collaborating effectively with other engineering teams.
You will learn and improve your full-stack development skills across all layers, from databases and APIs to the user interface.

Requirements:

You should have 4+ years of experience building complex backend systems, especially those handling intricate data.
Expert-level proficiency in Python, Django or FastAPI is required.
Proficiency in GraphQL and Rest API is necessary.
You must have proficiency in TypeScript features like interfaces, generics, and modules to create scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience building applications using a SQL or NoSQL database is required.
You should have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design principles.
The ability to learn and work across the full-stack, from databases and APIs to the user interface, is essential.
A "get things done" attitude with a passion for collaboration and tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment is important.
Bonus points for experience with cloud infrastructure technologies, building user interfaces, and building AI/ML products.
