Requirements:

• Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience working in complex environments.
• A strong technical background is essential, with proficiency in both front-end (React, Typescript) and back-end (Node.js, Python, C++) technologies.
• Candidates must be self-driven, optimistic, creative, and resourceful, with no requirement for a background in robotics.
• The ideal candidate should be open to performing approximately 50% front-end work and 50% back-end work, with flexibility based on project needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to support peers effectively.
• A focus on user impact and value execution over technical idealism is crucial.
• Candidates should prioritize simplicity, reliability, and velocity, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• The ability to excel in dynamic and ambitious environments while working with a diverse group of individuals is important.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this role is between $170,000 and $190,000, depending on experience.
