Aircall is seeking a passionate and driven Growth Engineer to join their team and contribute to the company's rapid growth.
This role involves developing and optimizing technologies to enhance the customer journey and scale the business.
The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
A data-driven approach will be utilized to inform decision-making, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of initiatives.
The role requires understanding the business context and problems holistically while zooming into specific issues to solve them.
The engineer will lead projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
Responsibilities include building new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP and thinking in increments.
The engineer will ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and technology infrastructure while maintaining a high quality bar.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale, using modern programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
A focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance is essential.
Experience with the current tech stack, which includes Typescript, Ruby on Rails, React, NextJS, Vercel, AWS, headless CMS, and serverless architecture, is preferred but not required.
Fluency in English is required.
A growth mindset and exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are necessary.
Candidates should be biased towards action and possess excellent analytical skills with a good relationship with data.
Enjoyment of cross-functional work and the ability to wear multiple hats as necessary is important.
A passion for learning and willingness to tackle new challenges is expected.
Previous experience working on a Growth Engineering team is a plus.
