Description:

The Software Engineer will deliver high-value products for customers and infrastructure that enables business scalability.
The role involves setting technical direction to support product and infrastructure growth and driving complex projects across the technical stack.
Engineers will lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and support design reviews while communicating constraints.
The position requires contributing to building Vanta’s engineering culture and working with a talented team to impact customer security positively.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of industry experience.
Experience with complex infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, and performance is required.
Applicants should have played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
Previous startup experience or work in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action is necessary.
Experience working on greenfield projects is required.
An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space is preferred.
