The role involves partnering with founders and the team to identify and prioritize new features, implementing new features and integrations, and informing best practices in generated code.
Responsibilities include writing code that writes code, working on core features like new widgets and integrations, keeping FlutterFlow updated with cutting-edge Flutter features, and solving complex problems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of real-world full-time experience developing or implementing software.
Strong domain experience in Flutter is required, along with in-depth knowledge of the framework and tools, and best practices in Flutter.
Applicants should be able to write high-quality code that is readable and reliable.
A start-up mentality is essential, with an understanding that shipping a feature early and learning from the result is more important than perfecting it.
Candidates must be willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when the team needs help.
Experience with Firebase is required.
Experience with mobile app development is also necessary.
