Description:
- Gcore is seeking a Software Go Engineer to work on their Managed DNS infrastructure solutions.
- The role involves collaborating with a team to develop and maintain backend components for DNS services.
- Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining APIs for DNS management, designing backend components for DNS servers using Go, and developing automated DNS failover solutions.
- The position also involves enhancing DNSSEC solutions and optimizing system performance, reliability, and resiliency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years using Go.
- Familiarity with the DNS protocol and experience with DNS server implementations.
- Comfort working in Linux environments.
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices, observability tooling, and DevOps methodologies.
- Understanding of core network protocols and security concepts.
