Description:

Velotio Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer proficient in Golang to work on cloud-native products using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Micro-services, Prometheus, Service Mesh, and AWS/GCP.
Responsibilities include designing, coding, and maintaining Kubernetes add-ons, Custom Controllers, Operators, CRDs, and integrations, developing products in the cloud-native ecosystem, and mentoring team members.
Key technologies involved in this role are Go (Golang), Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Prometheus, Helm, Terraform, Vault, and SQL/NoSQL Databases.
The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment and is willing to learn new technologies in the cloud-native field.

1+ years of experience in Software Development with Golang, Python, or Scala, with a minimum of 1+ years working with production quality Golang codebase.
Proficiency in Go programming language, Kubernetes concepts, algorithms, data structures, SQL/NoSQL databases, queuing, caching services, micro-services architecture, and operationalizing code.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, design patterns, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
