Description:
The Business Applications team at Grafana collaborates with Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams to enhance customer experience and streamline staff workflows.
The team develops custom solutions on the grafana.com platform and integrates with various external systems essential for modern business operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining the billing engine, automating provisioning processes, integrating with cloud provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP), and managing the user portal for customer account management.
Engineers in Business Applications specialize in one or more critical domain areas.
In this role, you will influence the roadmap and your career objectives, drive projects from ideation to operations, and contribute to open-source projects.
You will design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, ensuring their reliability, performance, and availability.
Continuous improvement of existing code, tackling tech debt, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and increasing test coverage are key responsibilities.
Participation in on-call rotations and ownership of the services you manage is expected.
Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will occur asynchronously via tools like Slack and Google Docs, as well as in meetings.
Requirements:

Benefits:
The base compensation range for this role in the United States is $129,000 - $154,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset.
