The Software Engineer focused on Growth will create product experiences to help users discover, sign up, and onboard successfully with Monarch.
The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers to enhance acquisition, onboarding, and retention flows.
Responsibilities include building infrastructure for A/B testing and prototyping new ideas to improve user experience.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with or a willingness to learn Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
A strong product intuition and passion for creating consumer experiences that users love is essential, supported by both quantitative and qualitative insights.
Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests for products is required.
A bias towards action and the ability to determine the appropriate level of rigor for experiments is necessary.
Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy and experimentation.
Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical colleagues, are essential.
Experience in building consumer subscription products and familiarity with fintech is a plus.
