The company is fully remote and seeks applicants within a 5-hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.
The Software Engineer focused on Growth will create product experiences to help users discover, sign up, and onboard with Monarch.
The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers to enhance acquisition, onboarding, and retention flows.
Responsibilities include building infrastructure for A/B testing and prototyping new ideas to improve user experience.
The position is open to candidates at the Senior, Staff, or Principal level.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with or a willingness to learn Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
A strong product intuition and passion for creating consumer experiences that users love is essential.
Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests for products is required.
A bias towards action and the ability to determine the appropriate level of rigor for experiments is necessary.
Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy and experimentation.
Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical colleagues, are crucial.
Experience in building consumer subscription products and fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
