• Responsibilities include working on projects like inbound-driven growth engines, data utilization, tool building, research, and content publication to attract millions of new users.
• The position also requires managing the impact of growth on internal operations to enhance customer experience and prevent delays.
• Tasks include helping customer support articulate problems, prioritize issues, design solutions, and implement them across frontend and backend systems.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be a full-stack software engineer with a passion for building successful companies.
• Proficiency in customer data platform tools like Segment and integrating software tools such as Intercom and Pipedrive is essential.
• Experience with AWS, API development (REST and GraphQL), Typescript, Vue.js, PGSQL, and MongoDB is required.
• Adaptability, a thirst for learning new technologies, and creative problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
