Eventbrite is seeking Full stack Software engineers to join their mission of bringing the world together through live experiences.
The platform processed over 150 million tickets across over 3 million events last year.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build features, design APIs, and scale the product as the company grows.

The role is remote-friendly, and teams consist of front-end engineers, backend engineers, a product manager, a designer, a technical program manager, and an engineering manager.
You will solve challenging technical problems and own impactful products end-to-end, contributing to a culture of technical excellence through inclusivity and mentorship.
Eventbrite's tech stack includes Python, Django, MySQL, and is hosted on AWS, with a transition to a new stack involving Kotlin, DynamoDB, Lambdas, gRPC, and Step Functions.

Requirements:

You must have 1+ years of experience building applications in at least one popular programming language, such as Python, JS, Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, Ruby, or Typescript.
You should have 1+ years of experience using a web framework like Django, Symfony, or Rails.
Experience in building responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript with recent experience in ES6 is required.
You need to have experience using a SQL database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
You should care about making sure your code is maintainable and well tested.
A holistic approach to quality is essential.
You must have a passion for learning and mentoring others.
Proficiency in English and Spanish at a conversational to advanced level is required.
