Description:

The Software Engineer I position at Pattern Data involves working on the document processing systems and user-facing applications using technologies such as Scala, TypeScript, PostgresQL, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
You will collaborate with Senior Engineers and the CTO to design, develop, and maintain software systems.
Responsibilities include developing front-end components with React and Typescript, supporting back-end development with Scala, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
As a pioneer in the legaltech industry, you will work with product, analytics, and engineering teams to create scalable solutions for users.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or relevant practical experience is required.
Previous project experience working fullstack, with internship experience on a small team considered a plus.
Strong attention to detail, curiosity to solve complex problems, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, unafraid to ask questions and work effectively in a team environment.
