Description:

The Software Engineer I will be part of the Recon team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across systems.
The role involves writing clean, maintainable code using .NET technologies, particularly C#, and MS SQL.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain reconciliation solutions is essential.

The engineer will tackle moderately complex coding issues and provide analyses and reports on software issues.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must be willing to obtain the AZ900 certification after joining Softheon if not already certified.
1-3 years of industry experience in software development, preferably in healthcare technology or related fields, is necessary.
Experience working in an Agile environment is required.
Proficiency in C# and the .NET technology stack is essential.
Proficiency in MS SQL, including the ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures, is required.
Understanding of the software development process, including agile methodologies, is necessary.
Knowledge of reconciliation in data contexts and database management principles is important.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies are essential.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required for effective remote teamwork.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000.
