Remote Software Engineer - Identity

Description:

• The Twitch Identity team is seeking a backend software developer to enhance Twitch Identity as the most recognized and trusted gamers identity.
• The role involves providing identity and data privacy management services for the Twitch community.
• Responsibilities include improving the availability and security of products and implementing industry best practices and data-driven technology choices.
• The position reports to the Software Engineering Manager for Identity and Privacy.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Familiarity with data structures is necessary.
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in Service Oriented Architectures.
• Practical experience in developing, testing, releasing, and supporting scalable web applications is essential.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, federated identity, identity management, or data privacy management is a must.
