Description:
The Identity team at Cash App is expanding to create a customer identity framework supporting growth while ensuring high levels of trust.
The team focuses on collecting and verifying customer information for accessing financial products.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and supporting core identity systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Solving technical challenges at scale and leveraging industry-leading identity verification technologies.
Collaborating with Compliance and Legal teams for audits and regulatory controls.
Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide service support.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience working on complex systems and delivering quality software.
Strong curiosity and ability to develop creative solutions for complex problems.
Experience with systems requiring data consistency and availability.
Demonstrated collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Expertise in the full software development life cycle.
Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.
