Remote Software Engineer II

Description:

• The Software Engineer II position at G-P is a remote-first role focused on designing and developing cloud-enabled products.
• The role involves working on all parts of the code stack utilizing modern frameworks and technologies.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders from the Product and User-Experience teams to understand their requirements.
• The engineer will advocate for modern agile methodologies and best practices.

• The engineer will build quick prototypes to refine concepts and turn them into production-quality features.
• Contribution to the evolution of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the tech stack is expected.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams.
• Experience in developing and integrating full-stack web applications using modern frameworks is required, with knowledge in Typescript, React, Node.js, APIs, and modern databases.
• A strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and technologies is necessary, with experience in AWS being a plus.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable.
